Background Color not Picture

change to root context:

• install dconf-editor
• install dbus-x11

change in user context:

• start dconf-editor and change to /org/gnome/desktop/background
• select “picture-options”
• change value to none in the “custom value”
• select “primary-color”
• use #000000

reboot
