vmxnet3 config for MS SQL Server

• LRO = large receive offload
• RSC = receive side coalescing (on windows systems)

First enter following command:

netsh int tcp show global

to get this overview:

For a MS SQL Server we use “disabled” - vor all other system “enabled”.

To change the setting enter:

netsh int tcp set global rsc=enabled
